Building intelligent mines on the roof of the world, lack of oxygen not lack of ambition, high altitIntelligent Mining Since March 2021,Shougang Mining Beijing Soly Technology Co. With the goal of "unattendedsite, intensive control, intelligent management and optimized timeefficiency", build an intelligent open-pit mine for Julong Polymetallicmine with the "Smart Dispatching and Control System for Open PitTrucks" as the main line. JulongPolymetallic mine is located on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, known as the"roof of the world", and Shougang Soly fully investigated the specialgeographical environment. The design incorporates the experience of more than 30 mines at home and abroad. Lackof oxygen is not a lack of ambition, high altitude pursuit higher! Through the hard work of the project team, an intelligentmine production command centre was established at an altitude of 4698m, a 4G dedicated network wireless basestation was built at an altitude of 5500m,and an intelligent dispatching management system integrating intelligentdispatching, safety operation and production monitoring was built based on thetheory of co-ordination and optimization, using computer, modern communication,GPS+Beidou satellite positioning and other technologies in an integratedmanner. ManagementIntelligence Situationalawareness, real-time knowledge of equipment location and status, and unmannedproduction command and control throughout. Efficientproduction Automatic matchingof trucks and shovels, intelligent optimisation of paths, reduction oftransport distances, reduction of energy consumption and optimisation ofproduction efficiency. Drivingsafety Cab monitoring +anti-fatigue driving system monitoring, dynamic sensing of the mental state ofthe operator, to protect the driver's safe driving. Intelligentmining, the future has come. Shougang mining Soly will continue to explore andstudy the construction of intelligent mines in different fields, sharetechnical achievements with domestic and foreign mining enterprises and createan intelligent era for mines. |
